Mumbai : Shiprocket has introduced RADAR, a free artificial intelligence-powered tool aimed at helping sellers identify and avoid delivery disruptions before they affect customers.
According to the company, RADAR provides real-time visibility into courier performance and operational stress at the pincode level. The tool is designed to address challenges such as fluctuating courier efficiency, congestion in specific areas and network strain during high-volume periods.
Shiprocket said RADAR analyses performance signals from millions of shipments in real time using AI models. By monitoring courier efficiency, pincode-level trends and emerging network disruptions, the system detects early signs of delivery stress and provides insights intended to prevent delays, service-level agreement (SLA) breaches and return-to-origin (RTO) cases.
The tool is integrated into Shiprocket’s shipping workflow. During order creation, sellers receive alerts highlighting stressed couriers and delivery routes, enabling them to adjust courier selection. Sellers can also configure rules to temporarily disable under-stress courier partners or lanes, allowing shipments to be automatically routed through alternative options.
Saahil Goel, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Shiprocket, said the tool aims to provide MSMEs with predictive visibility into courier performance to support delivery decisions.
Shiprocket said early visibility into courier stress could improve operational metrics such as first-attempt delivery success, SLA adherence and non-delivery report (NDR) conversion rates, while reducing support escalations.
RADAR is available at no cost to sellers using the Shiprocket platform and can be activated through the company’s dashboard.
