Air India Crash Investigation: Minister Dismisses Allegations of Manipulation

On Tuesday, India’s Civil Aviation Minister addressed a complaint received from Pushkar Raj Sabharwal, father of the flight captain. The father voiced concerns about investigators’ actions, alleging they visited his home and implied his son had reduced fuel to the aircraft’s engines. The minister stated that the investigation is ongoing and that there has been no indication of manipulation or wrongdoing. The Ministry confirmed that the investigation is focused on establishing the precise cause of the crash, which occurred in June. The Minister acknowledged the seriousness of the incident and assured the public that all necessary steps are being taken to ensure a thorough and impartial examination.
