Mumbai: Black Box (BSE: 500463, NSE: BBOX) announced a global strategic partnership with Wind River, an Aptiv company specializing in intelligent edge software, to develop and deliver next-generation edge and cloud solutions across industries worldwide.
Under the agreement, Black Box will serve as a preferred provider of Wind River solutions in India and the Middle East, expanding its role in these regions. The company has also entered into a separate agreement to manage end-user customer engagements with Wind River globally, extending its market reach.
The collaboration is projected to generate approximately INR 1,350 crore in revenue over the next five years. According to the announcement, the partnership will focus on supporting enterprise adoption of AI-driven workloads, scalable private cloud deployments, and intelligent edge solutions.
Industries expected to benefit include manufacturing, industrial automation, retail, financial services, automotive, and telecommunications, with access to secure and scalable infrastructure aimed at improving efficiency and customer experience.

The partnership will emphasize integrated edge and cloud-native infrastructure, secure private cloud deployments, enterprise-grade Linux platforms, support for AI workloads, and automation tools for centralized orchestration.
With this agreement, Black Box enters the hyperconverged and edge compute markets on a global scale.
