He admitted to using a mobile phone to capture footage through a hole in a laundry basket. Principal Magistrate David Cheung Chi-wai addressed the student, noting the violation of dormitory privacy. The case underscores the importance of respecting personal space and adhering to university regulations. The probation is a disciplinary measure, and the student is expected to undergo counseling and educational programs.
