Hong Kong Returns to Normal After Super Typhoon Ragasa

Hong Kong is resuming operations following the prolonged impact of Super Typhoon Ragasa, which brought significant disruption to the city. The typhoon, which originated over 11 hours ago, caused widespread damage and affected a large area. Authorities have initiated efforts to clear approximately 1,200 fallen trees and address a backlog of 1,000 flights. These disruptions impacted approximately 140,000 passengers, causing delays and cancellations across various modes of transportation. Schools have been temporarily closed as a result of the storm’s effects. The city is currently focused on assessing the full extent of the damage and resuming essential services.
