Gurugram: Malabar Gold & Diamonds has relaunched its showroom at Gold Souk Mall, Gurugram, following extensive renovations aimed at enhancing customer experience. The inauguration was led by Gurugram Mayor Rajrani Malhotra.
M. P. Ahammad, Chairman of Malabar Group, said the expansion reflects the company’s focus on providing a more personalised retail experience. “This move reflects our continuous efforts to elevate the shopping experience for our customers and aligns with our vision of delivering a world-class jewellery retail experience,” he said.
The renovated showroom features redesigned interiors, upgraded customer facilities, and a wider jewellery collection, including gold, diamond, uncut, and gemstone pieces. The store also houses signature lines such as Mine diamond jewellery, Era uncut diamond jewellery, Divine Indian heritage jewellery, Ethnix handcrafted designer jewellery, Precia gemstone jewellery, and Viraaz polki jewellery.
To mark the reopening and the festive season, the company is offering discounts of up to 30 percent on making charges for gold, uncut, and gemstone jewellery, and up to 30 percent on diamond value. Customers can also pre-book jewellery for Dhanteras by paying 10 percent in advance, with price protection benefits. The offers run until October 31.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds emphasised its commitment to ethical sourcing, noting that all gold is HUID hallmarked and sourced from LBMA and DGDB-approved refiners, while diamonds are IGI-GIA certified. The company said it continues to uphold its “Malabar Promises,” which include transparent pricing, lifetime maintenance, certified products, and full value exchange.
