Propagate India has appointed Parikshit Bhattaccharya as its Chief Creative Officer, adding to his existing role as Chief Creative Officer of BBH India. In the expanded mandate, Bhattaccharya will oversee creative leadership at Propagate India while continuing to report to Paritosh Srivastava, Chief Executive Officer of Saatchi & Saatchi India, BBH India, and Propagate India.
According to the company, Bhattaccharya’s role will involve guiding Propagate India’s creative direction, strengthening its digital capabilities, and shaping internal creative processes across brands and platforms. Propagate India operates as a full-stack digital agency within Publicis Groupe India and focuses on platform-led and audience-oriented digital work.
Bhattaccharya has more than two decades of experience in the advertising and creative industry, having worked across multiple agencies. His work spans digital campaigns, utilities, and brand experiences. Earlier this year, a campaign he led for Garnier Men received recognition at the Cannes Lions festival. He has also been associated with awards across international advertising forums including Cannes Lions, Dubai Lynx, and Spikes Asia.
Commenting on the appointment, Paritosh Srivastava said the expanded role comes as the agency enters a growth phase and aims to strengthen its creative leadership in response to increasing demand for digital-focused brand solutions.
In a statement, Bhattaccharya said he looked forward to contributing to Propagate India’s creative vision and collaborating with teams to develop brand-led digital work.
The appointment is part of Propagate India’s broader efforts to align creative strategy with data-driven and digital platforms within its agency operations.
