Mumbai: Renault India recorded wholesale sales of 4,672 units in October 2025, a 21% increase from 3,861 units in the same month last year.
According to the company, the growth was supported by the launch of the new Triber and Kiger models, along with the positive effects of the GST 2.0 reforms. Renault’s performance surpassed the industry’s overall growth rate of 17.3% for the month.
Month-on-month, Renault’s sales rose by 9.54% compared to September 2025, when 4,265 units were sold. The company also reported retail sales of 5,041 units for October, based on VAHAN registration data, representing a 12.7% year-on-year increase.

Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renault India, said the company saw strong customer response to its new models during the festive season. “October recorded a notable upswing in sales, driven by overwhelming customer response to the newly launched Triber and Kiger,” he said. “The models have captured strong interest across urban and rural markets alike, reflecting renewed consumer confidence and vibrant demand.”
Renault India is a wholly owned subsidiary of French automaker Renault Group.
