Zhou stated he was awakened by the sound of the storm at approximately 3:00 AM on Wednesday, describing it as a “roaring” sound. The wind caused the window next to his bed to shake, eliciting a sense of unease. While no fatalities have been reported in Shenzhen’s tech sector as of Wednesday afternoon, the storm’s impact was felt across the region. The intensity of the weather conditions is being monitored.
