Woman Escapes Trafficking, Rescued by Bengaluru Police

A Bangladeshi woman residing in Dhaka has been rescued after being lured into a prostitution racket. She was brought to Bengaluru by a gang offering employment as a beauty parlour assistant. According to the woman, she was promised a monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000. The police have confirmed the rescue and are investigating the network’s activities. The woman is currently being supported and is cooperating with authorities.
