Li Xiangyang, a 30-year-old man from Hunan province, has carved out a unique existence in central China. He delivers food on a unicycle, utilizing his lips to communicate with customers. Beyond this, he maintains a stall selling calligraphy created with his feet, providing crucial support for his family.
