The facility spans over 100,000 square feet and is intended to serve as a social and recreational center for residents of the township. The launch event took place on 15 June and was attended by national badminton coach and Padma Bhushan awardee Pullela Gopichand, along with P. An additional clubhouse, Club Oasis, is planned for residents of Phase 2. The overall project includes open areas, a central courtyard, and infrastructure aimed at supporting outdoor activities.
At the launch, Gopichand highlighted the importance of infrastructure that supports physical activity, while company officials said the facility is part of a broader effort to integrate residential living with access to wellness and community spaces.
