New Delhi: CallerDesk, a cloud telephony solution provider, has announced a partnership with the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of IIT Bombay for Eureka! 2025, a business model competition. The collaboration will support over 550 startups in cities including Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
CallerDesk will work with E-Cell to provide mentorship, communication tools, and guidance to early-stage founders. The initiative aims to address communication challenges and assist startups in building operational systems.
E-Cell, IIT Bombay has been active since 1998 in promoting entrepreneurship. Supported by programs such as Startup India, Make in India, and Digital India, and organizations including UNESCO, E-Cell connects entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and industry professionals. Eureka! receives over 25,000 entries annually and is certified by TiECon and the Wadhwani Foundation.
CallerDesk will offer its Cloud IVR solution free for six months to startups selected through Eureka! 2025. This will allow participants to focus on product development and investor engagement without managing communication infrastructure.
Kaushal Bansal, Co-Founder of CallerDesk, stated, “Partnering with E-Cell, IIT Bombay allows us to contribute to the startup ecosystem. Communication plays a role in business operations, and our solutions aim to support startups in improving efficiency and outreach.”
CallerDesk will also conduct sessions on building communication systems for startups. The partnership seeks to combine technology and mentorship to help founders develop scalable business models.
