Dehradun : Aaroha Musical Wellness has announced the second edition of its Musical Healing Retreat, scheduled to take place from June 27 to 29, 2025, at Punarnava Wellness Resort & Spa in Dehradun.
The three-day retreat will include sessions led by practitioners from various fields such as Ayurveda, sound therapy, yoga, and spiritual discourse. Among the listed speakers and facilitators are Dr. N.K. Sharma, known for work in Reiki and past life regression; Vision Divinity, conducting sound healing sessions; and Meher, focusing on Vedic yogic healing. Ayurveda experts from Kairali will also be present.
The event will feature talks and interactive sessions with Vaishnavacharya Jai Jai Sri Abhishek Goswami Maharaj, who is known for spiritual discourses.
Bani Sharma, co-founder of Aaroha Musical Wellness, said the retreat is designed to integrate musical and wellness practices with spiritual traditions.
Participants will be able to attend a range of activities including sound baths, chakra healing, yoga sessions, and spiritual discussions. The program also includes elements of dance, movement, and the use of traditional musical instruments as part of the wellness approach.
The retreat is part of a broader initiative by Aaroha to promote wellness and environmental awareness. Organizers say the event will highlight the ecological significance of Uttarakhand and encourage nature conservation.
Future plans announced by Aaroha include developing wellness hubs in Uttarakhand’s villages, establishing centers for traditional healing education, and promoting local employment through wellness tourism. These efforts aim to integrate local communities into the broader wellness and cultural tourism framework.
The retreat is also positioned as a step toward increasing India’s visibility in global wellness tourism, according to Aaroha. The organization has stated its goal to make Dehradun and the surrounding region a point of interest for international wellness seekers.
