The number of students taking up National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) in Tamil Nadu is increasing, said Chairperson of NIOS Akhilesh Mishra in Chennai . NIOS recently announced that Tamil medium instruction would also be provided at the Senior Secondary level .
