Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will address a session at the Raisina Dialogue 2026 in New Delhi, where he is expected to discuss the role of technology in governance and economic development.

The session, titled “Technology, Governance & the Future,” will focus on how emerging technologies can be used to improve public service delivery and policymaking. The Raisina Dialogue is an annual conference on geopolitics and geo-economics organized by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with India’s Ministry of External Affairs. The event brings together heads of state, ministers, policymakers, industry leaders, and academics from around the world to discuss global policy issues.

The 2026 edition is being inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will feature participation from international policymakers, technology experts, and business leaders.

During his address, Naidu is also expected to outline Andhra Pradesh’s plans to expand its technology and innovation ecosystem. According to the announcement, the state is focusing on initiatives related to artificial intelligence, data centers, clean-energy manufacturing, and technology corridors.

The discussion will examine how governments can use emerging technologies to address governance challenges while supporting economic growth and international cooperation. Organizers said the session will include policymakers and industry representatives sharing perspectives on technology-driven public administration.
