DilSe Debuts With a Soul-Stirring Theatrical Showcase at NCPA

DilSe launched at NCPA Experimental Theatre, Mumbai

Mumbai: DilSe, The Happyness Collective Pvt. Ltd., was launched on July 15 through a powerful live theatrical performance at the prestigious Experimental Theatre, NCPA, Mumbai.

Titled “DilSe – The Love Theatrical,” the two-hour immersive performance was a deeply emotional experience that blended original poetry, live music, theatrical storytelling, and cinematic visuals into one uninterrupted, soul-stirring journey.

Conceptualised and written by Harshavardhan Chauhaan, who also performed the lead narration, the show brought together original poetry, theatrical dialogue, live music, ritual storytelling, and cinematic visuals into a single, uninterrupted emotional experience. Every line, every lyric, every musical motif was created for this moment.

Directed by Sumitt Sharmaa, with music by Dilip Rawat and Rahul Bhalla, the show featured narration by Tarun Khem, soulful vocals by Devikaa Singh, Toshi Rawal, Ria Bhalla, and Ravinder Pathak, and compelling performances by Aman Uppal, Dia Rajput, Gautam, and The DilSe Girl & Ensemble. The performance was split into two acts: an invite-only premiere for media, creators, and cultural patrons, followed by a public showcase ticketed via District by Zomato.
More than a theatrical debut, DilSe – The Love Theatrical, marked the birth of a new category in Indian commerce, Experiences-to-Consumer (E2C). Unlike traditional brands that market physical products, DilSe creates emotional rituals through experiences via performance, sound, voice, design, and digital storytelling. It is a soul-led movement that is reimagining Indian commerce through connection, not conversion.

Harshavardhan Chauhaan, Founder & Creator of DilSe, said, ”This wasn’t a launch. This was a soul contract. Every word in this script came from the places we hide, the feelings we silence. I didn’t want a stage. I wanted a mirror. And through this performance, we didn’t act — we remembered. We don’t chase metrics. We chase meaning. India has seen brands built on noise. DilSe is built on resonance. Our products will not be worn. They will be felt. This was not a play. This was a memory, on stage.”
