Independent integrated agency Enigma has made a strategic talent acquisition by appointing Clare Yardley, formerly of BMF, as its new Head of Creative Services. The move has generated significant interest within Australia’s advertising and creative industries, reflecting Enigma’s ambitions to bolster its creative leadership and national presence.

Yardley, a seasoned industry leader with over two decades of experience, joins Enigma after a successful tenure as Head of Creative Services at BMF, one of Australia’s most awarded creative agencies. Her new role will involve overseeing workflow, resource management, and delivery across all of Enigma’s locations, including Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. She will work closely with CEO Lisa Sutton-Green and Executive Creative Director Pete Ogden to further enhance the agency’s integrated service offering.

Speaking about the appointment, Sutton-Green said Yardley’s experience at top-tier agencies brings vital operational insight and strategic alignment at a time when Enigma is seeing continued growth. “Clare is a powerhouse with an incredible track record in creative services, and her leadership will be instrumental as we scale nationally,” she noted.

Yardley’s portfolio includes operational leadership at agencies such as Ogilvy and Host/Havas, as well as hands-on roles in art direction and design.
