Ethera Raises ₹25 Crore from BlueStone for Retail Expansion

National,Bengaluru-based laboratory-grown diamond jewellery brand Ethera has raised ₹25 crore from BlueStone, which increased its investment to support the company’s next phase of growth and expansion.

Founded in 2024 by Nitesh Jain and Sharad Arora, Ethera operates in the lab-grown diamond jewellery segment and focuses on contemporary designs for everyday wear. The company currently runs five physical retail stores across Bengaluru and New Delhi and also sells through a digital platform serving customers across India.

According to the company, the fresh capital will be primarily used to expand its physical retail footprint. Ethera said several new store locations are expected to open in the coming weeks, with additional outlets planned thereafter. The company also plans to invest in strengthening its in-house design capabilities, technology systems and brand visibility to support omnichannel growth.

Ethera said it launches more than 200 new jewellery designs each month, supported by a multi-step quality check process. Its product range includes earrings, bracelets, solitaires, pendants and necklaces made with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds and BIS-hallmarked gold.

Commenting on the fundraise, co-founder Sharad Arora said the investment would support the brand’s efforts to scale its retail presence and build operational capabilities for future growth. Co-founder Nitesh Jain said the capital would help expand reach while maintaining consistency in design and quality across channels.

The company noted that India’s lab-grown diamond jewellery segment is seeing increased adoption, driven by changing consumer preferences and demand for transparent and ethically positioned jewellery. Ethera said it aims to position itself within this shift through design-led offerings and a growing retail network.

BlueStone’s continued investment reflects its support for Ethera’s expansion plans in the domestic jewellery market.
