Home Ministry asks states, UTs to set up detention camps for illegal foreigners
The MHA ordered all state governments and UTs to set up dedicated holding centres or detention camps to restrict the movement of illegal foreigners until they are deported . The Foreigners Tribunal shall consist of maximum three members having judicial experience .
