National Company Law Tribunal admits Aban Offshore under insolvency process
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai, admitted Aban Offshore Ltd. for insolvency resolution . Punjab National Bank, a financial creditor, had moved the petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 .
