Delhi NCR — Calcom Vision Limited reported quarterly revenue of ₹55.1 crore for the period ended Dec. 31, 2025, marking a 23.4% year-on-year increase from ₹44.7 crore, according to its unaudited financial results.
For the nine months of FY26, the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and original design manufacturing (ODM) company reported total revenue of ₹150.3 crore, up 54.9% from the same period a year earlier. EBITDA for the nine-month period stood at ₹9.6 crore, a 33.9% increase year-on-year, with an EBITDA margin of 6.4%. Profit after tax for the period was ₹1.7 crore.
The company said operating expenses rose in recent quarters due to expansion-related initiatives, including higher power and fuel costs linked to new assembly lines and backward integration, as well as increased marketing and promotional spending. Elevated raw material prices and higher operating costs affected profitability during the quarter, it added.
Calcom said LED bulbs and battens contributed significantly to revenue in the current year, while the company continues to expand in professional and industrial lighting segments. It is also scaling newer categories such as solar lighting, streetlights and flood lights, and strengthening its EMS capabilities.
Chairman and Managing Director Sushil Kumar Malik said the company is engaging with clients to address cost pressures and improve realizations, while focusing on expanding its ODM portfolio and manufacturing infrastructure.
