Chennai : Chennaiyin FC has announced a partnership with electric vehicle manufacturer Simple Energy as its official Mobility Partner for the Indian Super League (ISL) 2026 season.
As part of the agreement, Simple Energy’s branding will appear on the back of the team’s match and training shorts. The company will also receive visibility during live home fixtures at the Marina Arena through LED perimeter boards and select in-stadium assets. The partnership includes digital integrations across the club’s official platforms, along with access to select club brand assets and player interaction opportunities.
Chennaiyin FC Chief Operating Officer Akhil Prakash said the association aligns with the club’s focus on performance and sustainability, and aims to engage fans across Tamil Nadu.
Simple Energy Founder and CEO Suhas Rajkumar said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to the state and its efforts to connect with local communities.
Simple Energy, which opened its Chennai store in 2025, currently operates 15 stores across Tamil Nadu. The company manufactures electric scooters, including the Simple One and Simple OneS models.
According to the announcement, the partnership will be active throughout the ISL 2026 season, beginning with the club’s upcoming fixtures.
