According to the company, the approach is designed to replace traditional collection methods with a system that prioritizes transparency, empathy and respect while maintaining recovery efficiency. The film portrays borrowers as individuals navigating financial challenges rather than as account numbers, and highlights the use of tailored AI prompts alongside human intervention.
