Gamepoint, a technology-enabled sports company operating multi-sport centres in Hyderabad and Warangal, has signed a memorandum of understanding with sports education platform CoLLearn Sports to introduce a job-integrated sports management program in Hyderabad.
Under the agreement, CoLLearn will launch its Full Job-Integrated Sports Management Program, with Gamepoint serving as the internship and placement partner. The program combines academic instruction with operational experience, allowing students to begin structured on-the-job training from the first month.
Participants will gain practical exposure to sports facility operations and related business functions at Gamepoint’s centres while completing their coursework. According to the announcement, eligible candidates may also be considered for long-term roles with Gamepoint or its partners.
Aditya Reddy, co-founder and chief executive officer of Gamepoint, said the partnership aims to support the growing need for trained professionals as India’s sports sector expands. He said the company’s network of multi-sport centres provides an environment where students can gain practical experience in sports operations and management.
Srishty Jain, founder and chief executive officer of CoLLearn Sports, said the program is designed to integrate industry experience with education from the beginning of the course. She said the collaboration with Gamepoint will allow students to engage with real-world sports operations during their training.
The initiative is intended to strengthen industry–academia collaboration in Telangana and support employment-linked pathways in sports management. Gamepoint recently raised a pre-Series A funding round to support expansion of its multi-sport centre network, and the partnership is expected to contribute to building skilled talent for its growing operations.
