Mumbai — NODWIN Gaming has announced that Mumbai Comic Con 2026 will take place on May 9-10 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex. Tickets will be available exclusively on District by Zomato.
The Mumbai event marks the flagship stop of Comic Con India’s multi-city pop culture convention. Organizers said the two-day event will bring together fans, creators and communities focused on comics, anime, gaming, cosplay and collectibles.
According to the announcement, the 2025 Mumbai edition drew thousands of attendees. Among its highlights was an appearance by Japanese voice actors Kappei Yamaguchi and Hiroaki Hirata, known for voicing Usopp and Sanji in the anime series One Piece. Organizers said the 2026 edition will feature a special panel with artists from various pop culture fields discussing their professional journeys and creative processes.
Akshat Rathee, Co-founder and Managing Director of NODWIN Gaming, said the event reflects Mumbai’s scale and creative energy. Shefali Johnson, CEO of Comic Con India, said the city’s fan communities contribute to the event’s atmosphere and participation.
The convention will include gaming zones, panel discussions, live performances and cosplay competitions, including opportunities to qualify for the national finals of the Indian Championship of Cosplay. Attendees will also be able to explore comics, anime and manga offerings, meet creators, and purchase merchandise.
