Nothing Phone (4a) Series Goes on Sale in India

London-based consumer technology company Nothing has begun sales of its Phone (4a) series in India, introducing two models aimed at the mid-range smartphone segment.

The lineup includes the Phone (4a) and Phone (4a) Pro, featuring the company’s transparent design and a new Glyph Bar lighting interface for notifications and camera lighting. Both devices run Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16 and are powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor.

The Phone (4a) features a triple camera system with a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel 3.5x telephoto lens with up to 70x ultra zoom, and a Sony ultra-wide sensor. It also includes a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. According to the company, the camera system is supported by its TrueLens Engine 4 computational photography platform with AI-assisted imaging.

The device comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. It also includes a 5,400 mAh battery with 50W fast charging and IP64-rated protection.

The Phone (4a) is available in Black, White, Blue and Pink in three configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage priced at ₹31,999, 8GB with 256GB priced at ₹34,999, and 12GB with 256GB priced at ₹37,999. The Phone (4a) Pro is offered in Black, Silver and Pink, starting at ₹39,999 for the 8GB and 128GB variant and going up to ₹45,999 for the 12GB and 256GB version.

The devices are available through Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Croma and other retail stores across India. Launch offers include bank discounts, exchange benefits and no-cost EMI options, which the company said could reduce the effective starting prices during the promotional period.
