Shubham Housing Finance Opens Women-Led ‘Shubh Shakti’ Branch in Noida

Shubham Housing Finance has inaugurated its first women-led branch, named “Shubh Shakti,” in Noida, as part of its efforts to expand financial inclusion and promote gender diversity in housing finance.

The branch was inaugurated by Anujai Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Shubham Housing Finance. According to the company, the branch will be managed and operated entirely by a team of women professionals and is intended to create a supportive environment for women and families seeking home loans.

The initiative aims to address challenges women may face in accessing formal credit, particularly in the informal sector. Services at the branch include personalized financial counseling for women entrepreneurs and salaried professionals, simplified documentation processes tailored to informal sector applicants, and a community-oriented space for discussions on financial planning and homeownership.

Speaking at the launch, Saxena said the initiative reflects the company’s focus on enabling women to take a leading role in their homeownership journeys and strengthening financial confidence among women borrowers.

Sanjay Chaturvedi, founder and managing director of Shubham Housing Finance, said the branch represents a step toward improving access to home finance for women and supporting stronger household financial security. Rupa Basu, promoter and joint managing director, said the initiative is intended to create an environment where women feel supported in pursuing homeownership.

The launch coincides with the week of International Women’s Day. According to the company, the Noida branch will serve as a pilot model for potential expansion of women-led branches in other parts of India.
