Wyser Capital Announces First Close of ₹120 Crore Maiden Fund

New Delhi — Wyser Capital, a venture fund focused on enterprise and Agentic AI, has announced the first close of its maiden fund, securing 40% of its targeted ₹120 crore corpus.

The fund’s initial round drew participation from technology CEOs, CXOs, industry operators and institutional investors, reflecting interest in Agentic AI applications for enterprise use, according to the firm.

Founded by Suresh Vaswani, Supria Dhanda and Satyakam Mohanty, Wyser Capital is structured as an operator-led fund investing in enterprise-focused Agentic AI startups. It plans to back proof-of-concept and early-revenue companies developing intellectual property-led solutions in India for global enterprise markets.

Suresh Vaswani, Co-founder, General Partner and Chairman, said the fund aims to support founders through enterprise networks and operating expertise in addition to capital. He added that some investors from the first close will participate in the investment committee and mentor founders.

Supria Dhanda, Co-founder and Managing Partner, said the firm plans to expand participation in subsequent closes to include more family offices and institutions. Satyakam Mohanty, Co-founder and Managing Partner, said the fund uses a proprietary evaluation framework focused on technical and business diligence and founder-market fit.

Wyser Capital plans to invest between ₹2 crore and ₹5 crore per portfolio company, with provisions for follow-on investments.
